Louise Ricketts wins Fleet News Customer Service award
Louise Ricketts, Senior Customer Service Executive in Select 121 has been awarded the FN50 Customer Service of The Year award.
This is a prestigious award within the fleet industry, and is a reflection of Louise’s dedication and commitment to her customers and the continued success of Lloyds TSB autolease.
Louise received her award at the FN50 annual dinner held at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London where she attended as a short listed nominee.
Louise’s nomination beat off a large number of entries from most of our competitors, and this in itself is a fantastic achievement.
This particular award has been running now for three years, and it's the second time it's been awarded to Lloyds TSB autolease, with Kerry Shaw picking it up the very first recognition. Twice in three years is certainly something to shout about.
