Lloyds TSB Autolease scoop Landmark award for second year
Fleet operators have again rated Lloyds TSB Autolease as the UK's leading leasing service provider in the Post Sale category in the annual apdexperteye Landmark Fleet Operator Customer Satisfaction Surveys.
Landmark recognises the UK's best performers for pre sale and post sale service to fleets based on over 9,000 responses from leasing and contract hire customers.
Colin Thornton and Claudia Rose were presented with the award at the official presentation ceremony on 9th March at the Macdonald Compleat Angler Hotel, Marlow, Buckinghamshire.

Lloyds TSB Autolease is the first company since 2003 to top the apd Landmark Post Sale Survey in successive years, with an average score in 2008 of 83.21%. The survey measures satisfaction with existing customers ranking performance across categories, such as communication, vehicle ordering and delivery, in-life services, and invoicing.
