Lloyds TSB Autolease appoints new Head of Human Resources
Sue joins Lloyds TSB’s award-winning fleet division having held a number of senior roles elsewhere within the Group since 1995, including Wealth Management, Offshore Banking, UK Retail Banking and Business Strategy & Change. She will take responsibility for the Human Resource department, looking after the business’s 600 employees, who are based primarily in Birmingham and Manchester.

Her time within the Group has provided her with exposure to diverse sectors and offered her a platform for some notable successes. While working for Lloyds TSB UK Wealth Management, Sue was responsible for HR advice and guidance to the private banking team representatives for “ultra-high net worth individuals”. Whilst working for the same business unit, she won a Gold Lloyds TSB Making A Difference Award as a leader on the Wealth Management transformation programme.
