Maintenance information
Under the conditions of a Contract Hire car leasing agreement with full vehicle maintenance, we provide you with a fully-managed maintenance, service and repair. This helps to ensure that your vehicles are always in the best working order, and we work hard to improve efficiency in your fleet by minimising vehicle downtime.
All servicing for fleet vehicles can be arranged through our qualified team of ServiceTrak experts, and all costs are monitored and controlled by our experienced technical services advisors.
Fair play on tyres
We firmly believe that keeping your tyres in good order is a necessity, so we'll repair or replace your tyres after a puncture, kerb or sidewall damage for no extra charge. Our policy is to replace tyres at a tread depth of 2mm, even though the legal limit is 1.6mm.
We work with Kwik-Fit as our preferred tyre provider because working exclusively with them has enabled us to control our maintenance costs and pass our savings on to our customers, while at the same time maintaining industry-leading levels of service and flexibility.

Our tyre service doesn’t stop there – we believe in fitting only premium-branded tyres as standard. Not only do we go out of our way to take care of your safety, we also work harder to take care of your budget.
Fair wear and tear
Our Fair Wear and Tear policy is in line with the BVRLA Fair Wear and Tear Guide. We do not generate profit from this area, and will overlook anything outside fair wear and tear, up to a value of £100.00.
